Thank you for shopping with The Grinning Duck LLC. We create many of our products by hand, including personalized, engraved, printed, and made-to-order items. Because of this, most orders require production time before they are shipped.
Order Processing and Production Time
Most orders are processed and produced within 3–5 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated to you directly.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
For personalized or custom products, production time begins once we have received all required personalization details, uploaded images, artwork, design choices, and any required customer approvals.
If your order requires a proof, clarification, corrected file, better image, or additional information from you, production and shipping may be delayed until we receive your response.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed off to the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, shipping method selected, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout when available and may vary based on the products ordered, package size, package weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
We may offer flat-rate shipping, free shipping promotions, or calculated carrier rates at our discretion.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping providers depending on the order, destination, package size, and available service options.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
If shipping to your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at info@thegrinningduck.com before placing an order to ask whether special arrangements may be possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
The Grinning Duck LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, The Grinning Duck LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your mail carrier, local post office, or delivery location.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@thegrinningduck.com and we will do our best to help you work with the carrier.
The Grinning Duck LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thegrinningduck.com.

We may use this information to help determine whether a replacement, repair, refund, or carrier claim is appropriate.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, printed, or produced specifically for each customer.
Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, uploaded images, design selections, and shipping information before placing your order.
Customer-submitted errors may delay production and may not qualify for refunds, replacements, or free remakes.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thegrinningduck.com.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed.
Once production has started or an order has shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.
Multiple Items and Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship together or separately depending on product type, production time, packaging needs, or shipping method.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
